As the COO, Cynthia guided the agency through many periods of growth including expansion from 3 teams to 10, a merger with Youth Case Management in 2012, and expanding services to include youth with Developmental Disabilities and Substance Use challenges. Cynthia is also an enthusiastic and passionate Nurtured Heart Approach Advanced Certified Trainer who infuses this transformative approach at work and in her personal life.

One of Cynthia’s goals, as CEO, is to let Passaic County know about its “biggest kept secret”, (COC) so more youth and families are supported to succeed. Cynthia wishes for families to know that there is a local, strength-based agency of dedicated individuals who will support them in their challenges and triumphs and connect them to sustainable resources in their community.
